We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with 4-8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing machine learning algorithms and models in real-world applications. This role demands a blend of deep technical knowledge, problem-solving prowess, and the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams.

Primary Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions Optimize and enhance existing AI/ML models for improved performance, accuracy, and scalability Conduct thorough data analysis and preprocessing to ensure the quality and integrity of training data Implement state-of-the-art techniques in machine learning and deep learning to drive innovation and efficiency Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI/ML research and incorporate relevant findings into projects Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement Document and present technical solutions and results to both technical and non-technical audiences Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field 4+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, deep learning, and AI Extensive experience with ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc. Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java Proven ability to work with large datasets and develop data-driven models Proven solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Proven excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

Ph.D. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure Experience in deploying models in a production environment Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques
