JD: Leading an Accounts Receivable team of up to 7 people. • Supervise and oversee the accounts receivable processes for a portfolio of ICON legal entities ensuring compliance with corporate policies and receivables deadlines. • Report on and drive team metrics. • Manage relationship with other departments and Sponsors/Customers. • Continuous Improvement of Accounts Receivable processes. • Escalation point for queries. • Migrate accounts receivable processes to Chennai from other locations. • Provide cover for other team leads and/or team members. Recognize, exemplify and adhere to ICON's values which centers around our commitment to People, Clients and Performance. • As a member of staff, the employee is expected to recognize the importance of and create a Culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes adding value to our Business and meeting Client needs. • Manage the end to end billing functions to ensure that invoices and credit memos are generated in accordance with the contract terms in an accurate and timely manner. • Assure that project budget tracking is performed by staff and that billing is in line with budget. • Provide guidance to team on day to day billing matters; establish processes as needed for new clients. • Routinely meet with staff to evaluate, plan and prioritize workload. • Prepare, Analyze and interpret monthly unbilled reports to effectively manage and prioritize billing. • Foster strong customer service; serve as an escalation point to provide support and dispute resolution to customers in a timely manner. • Interface with Project Management, Contracts and other departments to obtain up to date Information concerning contracts, change orders and other issues that impact billing. • Respond to and resolve client inquiries and work with the Accounts Receivable department to assist with resolution of billing issues that may impact collections. • Manage monthly processes, reconciliations and reporting to meet month end deadlines. • Assist manager with ad hoc reports and special projects as needed. • Assume other reasonably related duties as may be assigned from time to time. **What ICON can offer you:** Our success depends on the quality of our people.
