Job Description

As an Account Manager Customer Service you will develop, maintain, and improve relations with your assigned accounts in order to maximize and boost Service business with contract solutions that will add value to our customers

Your role:

Maximizing Customer Service order intake, sales and price realization at the assigned accounts.Ensuring continuity of the relationship with all the stakeholders in the accounts’ organization , also facilitates the executive level interfaces between company and the accountsPreparing and executing the annual account plan and sales forecast in line with the regional strategyContinuously maintain the CRM tool to ensure a good visibility of market opportunitiesContribute to the development and implementation of local marketing strategiesSystematically analyzing won & loss deals, expectations, customer satisfaction (NPS), market, competition and trends

You're the right fit if:

You have a solid knowledge of the Healthcare industry and service segmentExperience working with large matrix teams both internal and externallyUnderstand local market environments, public tenders, private customers and local challenges and regulationsExcellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English languagesClean driving licenseWilling and able to visit customers on the field
