**Job Opportunity: Partner Sales (Indirect Sales)**
**Location:** Shinagawa

Key Responsibilities:
**Indirect Sales Strategy Development**
+ Manage, evaluate, and support six key partners (distributors and rental companies).
+ Develop short- and long-term strategic plans for partners.
**Operational Management for Sales Growth**
+ Set and manage sales targets.
+ Optimize and streamline sales processes and inventory operations.
**Partner Relationship Building**
+ Analyze partner needs and foster strong relationships.
+ Facilitate strategic activities connecting key clients and partners.
**Market and Competitor Analysis**
+ Monitor market trends and competitors.
+ Propose new sales strategies based on analysis.
**Training and Support**
+ Conduct training programs for sales partners.
+ Provide tools to ensure effective product and solution proposals.
**Cross-Departmental Collaboration**
+ Work closely with marketing, sales, and support teams.
+ Plan and execute efficient promotional activities.
Qualifications:
**Experience & Knowledge:**
+ 5+ years in channel sales.
+ B2B sales experience, preferably in high-tech products (experience in measuring/analytical instruments is a plus).
**Skills:**
+ Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
+ Logical thinking and project management experience.
+ Leadership and management abilities.
+ Proficiency in English communication
**Mindset:**
+ Positive, adaptable, and proactive team player with strong interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
+ Ambition to step into a managerial role within a few years.
