Job DescriptionMaintains professional and positive relationships with all clientsHandling customer concerns as well as identifying and resolving their concernsDeveloping and maintaining the existing product knowledgeEstablishing and maintaining new and established client relationshipsAssist Account Executive in preparing in‐service presentations to new clientsAssist Account Executive in preparing full account set up in LIS, contact relation managementsystems and client supply management systems based on proposal of servicesAssists in creating, reviewing and maintaining all client test requisitionsIn cooperation with the Quality Department, assists in resolving client complaints byinvestigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendation to managementCoordinating shipping programs and managing delivery of company products and servicesAssists in maintaining Client contracts and agreementsAssists in billing activities such as billing review, updates, client inquiries and the billing of ancillary services such as logistics and suppliesPerforms duties in compliance with all applicable regulatory and accrediting agenciesSupervises the Laboratory Service Coordinators and Account SpecialistsMonitor and report to executive leadership client satisfaction data on daily client communication activitiesProvide guidance and leadership in client operational systems such as logistics, client supplies, electronic order entry, electronic result delivery and send out test strategiesSupports Eurofins DPT’s business philosophy, leadership values and ethicsIn order to meet Eurofins DPT’s quality policy and objectives, all employees are expected to meet basic expectations of Eurofins DPT’s quality management system including, but not limited to good workmanship, adherence to standard operational procedures, training, good documentation practices, and accurate recordkeeping.

Qualifications

MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

$40,000 - $60,000

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
