Job Summary

We are looking for Field Sales (services) who will be responsible for managing and achieving sales for Emerson’s highly differentiated services, Boundless Automation Solutions for Measurement & Flow Products, Flow and Analytical Systems services portfolio for East Region. Shall have the ability to be persistent and tenacious in ensuring that given goals are being achieved. In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Early engagement with Key accounts / End Users / OEMs and Effective coverage of OEMs and End Users in East region. Responsible for Booking Targets, tracking all end user maintenance projects in advance and positioning of upselling our Emerson’s highly differentiated services.  Manages and collaborates with field sales team having overall responsibility to Meet/Exceed Budget/Targets. Planning of travel to the various end user industrial customers clusters and presentation to customers, preparing the customer matrix, Identifying the decision makers of upcoming plant shutdown plan, maintenance projects and collaborating with them for service business. Creating demand for Emerson services. Develop and build relationships with key customer decision-making teams to influence and achieve maximum coverage of installed base service business.  Protecting and expanding the Emerson install base customers. Regular meeting with key customer’s top level engagement team and presenting them. Team Collaboration: internal / external customers' communication, open-mindedness, and conflict resolution when working with other team members on a joint objective. Ensure following all Emerson Values and Ethics standards.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Tech Savy, Demonstrated Good Presentation Skills. Agile, Result oriented with customer -centric approach, with good communication skills. This role demands frequent travelling to the customers in industrial clusters of East regions. Strong Customer Focus with Sales Experience with adequate technical knowledge of measurement, flow, analytical technology field instruments, flow and analytical systems. Experience in Pressure, Temp, Level, Wireless, and Tank gauging field instruments products and associated systems.  Enthusiastic, proactive, persuasive in dealing with internal and external mid/high level partners. Have consistency in meeting the targets & sales order commitments, diverse industry and customer segments. Great Teammate and collaborating well with focus on Building effective service funnel

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

B.E Instrumentation or equivalent experience Engineering degree from reputed Institution with 2 to 4 Years of Experience in Sales function.  Experience on flow metering and analytical systems is preferable in addition to field instrumentation transmitters / Wireless / Analytics Software and level products knowledge.
