The Role
• Be responsible for day-to-day client interaction and follow up to support the client relationship and ensure a smooth client journey during and beyond the placement cycle, including but not limit to designing/obtaining of quotations, explaining insurance terms/conditions, making quotations comparison and giving recommendation to clients
• Provide the highest level of customer service to existing and new clients with local and international medical plan, maintaining profitable revenue to achieve renewal target
• Work closely with Team Leader to resolve issues specific to the area of focus and identify opportunities for increasing the value of the service to the client(s)
• Follow strictly the broking process as guided in the WTW Broking Manual (PFC online)
• Manage the preparation of bids and tenders
• Proactively participate in complex claim handling cases
• Promote the cross-selling and/or up-selling with every renewal client
• Other tasks assigned by the Company
The Requirements
• University degree
• Computer Literate, MS-Word, Excel, Power Point
• At least 04 years experience in insurance industry (with broker or insurer)
• In depth understanding of insurance concepts and consulting processing
• High integrity, Initiative and critical sense ownership
• Proactive, long-term commitment
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Good client-oriented, innovative and critical sense
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
• Strong customer management and selling skills
• Be able to work under high pressure
• Fluent in English & Vietnamese
