2025 Investor Relations Intern, US

**About the Role**
Uber is looking for students to join our Investor Relations team as an intern this summer (12 weeks). In this role, you will support our efforts to communicate Uber’s financial and strategic narrative to the investment community. You will join a dynamic team that plays a key role in shaping external perceptions of Uber and works closely with senior leadership.
This position is based in our New York City Office.
**What You'll Do**
- Support the preparation of quarterly earnings materials, including scripts, investor presentations, Q&A documents, and financial analyses.
- Conduct research and analysis on financial and market trends to inform Uber’s investor messaging and positioning.
- Assist in monitoring analyst reports, peer performance, and market sentiment to identify key themes and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate cross functionally to ensure consistency and clarity in external messaging.
- Help maintain and update investor materials, including fact sheets, financial models, and website content.
- Participate in planning investor events such as earnings calls, investor conferences, and roadshows.
**Basic Qualifications**
- Currently enrolled in a BS/BA program in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a similar field.
- Available to start in June 2025.

- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, including financial and company valuation analyses.
- Demonstrated interest in finance, capital markets, and corporate strategy.
- Excellent writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative working style.
- Embody the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and accountability.
- Enthusiastic about Uber and excited to contribute to its long-term success and investor engagement.
For New York, NY-based roles: The base hourly rate amount for this role is USD$31.00 per hour.
