1.     与关键客户建立良好的信息沟通渠道, 探寻医疗卫生专业人士（HCP）观念、学术需求

a)      传递相应疾病领域的科学进展，促进医生制定规范治疗方案

b)      传递罗氏产品的关键信息，提高罗氏产品认知，并收集反馈

c)      传递疾病领域诊断相关信息，助力生态圈内患者诊断率提升

学科建设

1.     了解医院现有疾病领域诊疗路径及专家诊疗观念及流程

2.     梳理相关治疗科室及诊疗流程上的痛点

3.     通过搭建头部医院交流或跨院培训、教育会议进行医生/科室教育

4.     逐步搭建规范化的诊疗平台

计划管理

规划相应生态圈的学术推广计划，和协作同事协商达成最终方案，并进行实施。

1. 组织和支持区域专家会议
