2、与外部合作伙伴建立良好合作关系,赋能合作商业推广团队,带领团队完成业务目标
3、建立关键客户分级管理办法,带领团队强化省级临床KOL合作,扩大区域品牌影响力
4、协同合作伙伴资源,带领团队探索医防融合流感一体化防控策略,推动应急储备和重点人群管理
5、不断提高团队绩效,培养高潜力人才;促进跨部门沟通并积累组织在拓展业务的资产,不断优化业务模式,提高组织竞争力
我们期待这样的您加入:
大学本科及以上
医学、药学、市场营销或相关专业优先
10年以上相关工作经验,其中不低于3年管理经验,拥有经销商管理或CSO团队管理经验者优先
