Job Summary

Responsible for the warehousing automation projects and IT infrastructure regarding automation solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead warehouse automation projects in consistency with plant strategy & logistics blueprint. For example, but not limited to process excellence, automation and AI that can contribute to productivity, on-time-delivery, and quality via means of AMR, CTU, conveyor, industrial robot, etc.Responsible for the whole project lifecycle management from market benchmark, ideation, use case matching assessment, project selection, implementation, and to ramp-up, final acceptance, process release.Responsible for project management. Monitor work package, control project timeline and cost. Ensure commitment to cost saving target. Well handle the project communication plan and risk management.Workout lean and robust logistic IT infrastructure, i.e. server, (wireless) network, firewall, port, communication protocol, etc. which complies Bosch IT regulations together with LOI, BD, ITM, ICO and suppliers.MAE performance improvement and systematically solve problem.

QualificationsBachelor degree or above in engineering (IT engineering preferred), information technologySolid technical base of IT infrastructure; Familiar with Bosch IT regulations.3~5 years of project experience, thereof led at least 1 project as project leaderFaster learner; Curious on cutting-age technologies, global trend.Willing to take ownership in complexity and solve the problems. Challenge status-quo in health debate.Fluent English skills both in spoken and written; Logic and structured presentation.
