熟悉相关地区渠道和客户状况,执行经销商和零售商管理要求和布局计划;根据公司策略计划以及区域计划,制定每个客户商业计划,推进计划实施,跟踪和评估结果执行所属客户供应链管理及数据管理要求协助执行所属省/市招标和价格谈判执行所属关键医院准入计划,负责所属关键医院客户计划的制定;负责建立与所属关键医院的合作关系根据业务发展趋势和总部策略计划,发掘新业务模式和创新型业务项目,提供生态合作方案日常工作管理所需能力与要求
大学以上学历,医药相关专业,5年及以上医药销售相关工作经验;
具有谈判影响能力,能够抓住对方观点中的关键信息,了解事件发生的过程或项目推动的障碍原因;基于多方信息,能够独立制定出多元化的谈判方案以及备选方案;能够根据情况需要,有选择的使用不同的方法在谈判中清晰阐述给客户;
掌握专业知识和办公技能,能提供建议和解决方案;
具备数据信息收集管理能力,制定个人工作计划,通过项目推动与客户建立合作关系;
掌握项目管理基本知识和技能及工具,能根据客户需求整合资源提供方案;
